The Luidja store building is a typical example of a commercial building in the Estonian village of the 30s of the 20th century, the only example of a commercial building that was preserved in Hiiumaa during the construction period from 1918 to 1939. Built by August Lund (1937), owned by Espenberg family. The owner starts to renovate the building what is shared between private and public space. During last summers there has been opened local restaurant ‘Vesihiidlane’.
